More underwear after the jump! not really..
As of January 17th, public servants in South Korea must turn off all heating devices from 11:00am to 12:00am and 5:00pm to 6:00pm. In addition, at all other times the heating cannot be set any higher than 18-degrees Celsius, or 64-degrees Fahrenheit. This is an emergency plan of saving electricity due to the current electricity shortage they're having in South Korea. "Offices will be quite cold under the required temperature, so state employees, whether encouraged or not, will end up wearing thermal underwear anyway," a ministry official, Roh Keon-Ki, told AFP.
Officials will patrol state buildings to check the temperature, he said.
"We're trying to set an example because the country may face a severe electricity shortage if the current pace (of heating consumption) continues."
how about we do the same thing here in the Philippines? haha.. It's more humid here and summer is coming so i guess we do the opposite. kidding ;p
